"I recommend Maid in the Ville as a great cleaning service. They've been cleaning my home for many months now. They did an initial deep clean and now come back every two weeks (my choice) to keep things looking and smelling good. I have several dogs and a cat and they are very conscientious about not letting them get out the front door. They also pet them! Any concerns or issues I've had (nothing big!), I brought up to Maria, the owner, and she passed it on to her team, and they made it right. All the women are hard workers, friendly, and very nice. They do both residential and commercial cleaning and are bonded and insured. I called several businesses when I was looking for a cleaning service and Maria was the only one who came to see the house, before she gave an estimate. I don't know how a person can give an estimate on a place she's never seen, but that's what the other business owners were doing. I have really enjoyed working with Maid In The Ville, Maria and her staff for over 1.5 years. We started out with a Deep Clean of the entire house and I can't even explain the difference. It was like a new house! I loved looking around and seeing that yup, they got that corner; yup, they got that windowsill. Now we do a bimonthly maintenance clean and they are always on-time, communicative, efficient, respectful, and do a great job on the house. They sanitize and protect themselves in a way that makes us feel sure that our home is as clean and healthy as possible. They love our pup and he loves hanging out with them every two weeks.
They transitioned from our rental house in one neighborhood to our new owned home across town seamlessly, with customer care that was impressive and made us feel truly cared for.

"I’ve worked with maid in the Ville for the past year. Maria is very professional. They’ve been cleaning our apartment twice a month and it’s such a wonderful help. I tried two people from care.com prior to hiring maid in the Ville and did not have great success. Lots of cancellations, incomplete jobs, etc. Maria has always worked with me with scheduling, they’ve never canceled, do a really nice job, and they are also fast! Couldn’t ask for more!"
